A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

Beautiful homestay with 2 minutes walking distance to the great beach . Sebastian and family is very friendly and helped to explore locally with restaurants and with other places. Highly recommend this place who like to be in a safe and comfortable environment!!

It was a great stay. The place seems very new, is sleek & spacious, has a very large private outdoor balcony, building has elevator, everything worked well such as the air conditioning and hot water. It's within reasonable walking distance to the beach, access to backwater tours, and shopping & restaurants. I'd stay again if I return to Alleppey.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Everyone enjoyed the stay 😊.. Calm and quite. Well organized .. William was very responsive and helped us in clarifying all my doubts in less time. The caretaker, Sebin,was very friendly and proactive. A good place to chill from the busy schedules... A must visit place ❣️❣️

What a lovely stay in the tranquil canals of the backwaters. While different from many other air bnb's we've stayed in (there is no private kitchen, for example), Praveen and his family's upstairs space is a nest of comfort! With two large rooms, each with separate bathroom, and a large common area, it is a half in and half out living space with a beautiful vista over the canal. Papa is an unbelievably generous and skilled cook, who delighted our tastebuds with "Kerela specials" and made our kids favorite requests (coconut pancakes!). He even made us some lemon and mango pickle for the road! Praveen's mother is a sweet kind presence, too. And not enough good words can be said about Praveen as host. Willing and generous with time, his network of connections allowed us to experience and enjoy all that this region has to offer...from kayaking to sunrise boating to errands in Allapy city--Praveen helped with every one of these with grace and humor. Thank you all!!

"Excellent Stay! I recently stayed in this Airbnb room and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - everything was within walking distance, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.Close to temple and boat jetty. The house was brand new, clean, and beautifully decorated. The AC was top-notch, making my stay comfortable even on hot days. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, with clear instructions and prompt communication from the host. Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.
