Peaceful, comfortable stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful place! The property is stunning, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rajashree was a wonderful host—very responsive, warm, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so perfect that we genuinely didn’t feel like coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment!

Très bon accueil par Sebastian et ses enfants, extrêmement gentils, serviables, et de bons conseils pour aller explorer les Backwaters. Ils nous y ont organisé une journée formidable, sur un petit bateau privatisé. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, nous nous sommes régalés des crêpes à la coco! Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, et il ne faut pas s’attendre à être dans un hôtel grand luxe. Nous ne retiendrons que de très bons souvenirs dans cette belle famille! 😊

It was a great stay. The place seems very new, is sleek & spacious, has a very large private outdoor balcony, building has elevator, everything worked well such as the air conditioning and hot water. It's within reasonable walking distance to the beach, access to backwater tours, and shopping & restaurants. I'd stay again if I return to Alleppey.

Our stay at Vishnu’s place was great! We loved the calm environment of the farm. We could bike to the beach everyday and have nice local food around the property. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Great Property in walkable distance to main road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Host and caretaker are very helpful and willing to accomodate your requirements.

What a lovely stay in the tranquil canals of the backwaters. While different from many other air bnb's we've stayed in (there is no private kitchen, for example), Praveen and his family's upstairs space is a nest of comfort! With two large rooms, each with separate bathroom, and a large common area, it is a half in and half out living space with a beautiful vista over the canal. Papa is an unbelievably generous and skilled cook, who delighted our tastebuds with "Kerela specials" and made our kids favorite requests (coconut pancakes!). He even made us some lemon and mango pickle for the road! Praveen's mother is a sweet kind presence, too. And not enough good words can be said about Praveen as host. Willing and generous with time, his network of connections allowed us to experience and enjoy all that this region has to offer...from kayaking to sunrise boating to errands in Allapy city--Praveen helped with every one of these with grace and humor. Thank you all!!

Sajo was helpful from day 1. Though there was a small challenge that we encountered during our stay, Sajo ensured that we were least affected by it and promptly took action to address and rectify the issue at hand. He was available on call throughout whenever needed. Would highly recommend to any traveller and you definitely should stay here if you are in the town to watch the famous Nehru trophy boat race, as the racing venue is just 10 min comfortable walk away
