The single-story 3LDK (about 90 m²) is a spacious space facing a Japanese garden and can accommodate up to 9 people. The pride of the place is the rock bath with natural hot springs. If you relax in a bathtub surrounded by natural stone, it's like being in a hidden hot spring inn. At night, the illuminated garden creates a fantastic atmosphere. The Japanese-style room has a veranda and a fluffy futon. We also recommend enjoying tea while looking out at the Japanese garden from the wooden deck. In the morning, the birds chirp, in the afternoon, the quiet heals you, and in the evening, you are wrapped in hot steam and your heart is relaxed. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic facilities such as a rice cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so there are no daily inconveniences. It is also a convenient location as a base for sightseeing, and access to major spots is also good. Parking is available for 1 regular car and 1 small car. It is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. There is also a pot, tabletop IH stove, and hot plate, so you can enjoy a meal together. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Yatomi City, 17 minutes by train from Nagoya Station to the nearest station. There are many supermarkets, drug stores, and restaurants nearby, so you can have a comfortable stay. You can park 2 regular cars or 3 light cars. 30 minutes by car to Legoland and Nagashima Resort. The highway entrance is close, so you can go to many sightseeing spots if you come by car. We have prepared a guide for the listing, so we would appreciate it if you could use it as a reference for sightseeing. Yatomi City is famous for breeding goldfish and zebra finches. There are farms and goldfish ponds, and you can see many types of goldfish at the goldfish specialty store. At the public goldfish aquarium, YaToMi AQUA, carp are enrolled as curators. It's a small aquarium, but you can enjoy it for free. Feel free to come on over if you have time.

It is a detached house available entirely for private use, which offers living spaces of the early Showa period with a Japanese room, garden, and veranda porches. Located in part of the "Samurai Residence Walking Course" designated by Nagoya City. 10-minute walk to Tokugawa-en Garden and 10-minute drive to Nagoya Dome. 12-15 min. walk to the nearest subway station. 5 stops to Nagoya station by subway.
