It lies on a sunny slope, just 5 km from the ski center Zadov – Churáňov. It offers stunning views of the surrounding area and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartman Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace , large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is 10 min walk, there is a pharmacy in the village.

Holiday house

An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

Pure nature - house in the forest on the Biberdamm

You can expect absolute tranquility in the middle of nature in the house in the forest. You have your own holiday home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and adjacent Lake Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. The village of Smodeč was founded in 1310 and today only a few historical houses have been preserved, including a place to stay and enjoy the feeling of ancient times, memories and stories that have long passed.
