Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Cozy annex rented for weekend/holiday stays. The annex is located in the middle of Helsingør, close to Kronborg and within walking distance of the station. The annex of 50 m2 in floor plan contains 2 lofts with double mattresses, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Access to the loft via a ladder. Ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. Duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, dish towels and dishcloths available. Free WiFi and TV with internet access, but without TV package. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties

Please note - no smoking applies to all inside and outside areas. You have cows and horses as closest neighbors. The apartment is small, but with room for 4 overnight guests. The pool is not heated in the winter, but the apartment is rented at a reduced rate from 01. October to April 30th. Pool can be used cold when purchasing sauna. 150,/day The spa is heated all year round and use is included in the price. From May 1st to September 30th, the pool is heated and can be used by guests
