Apartament on 14th floor of a 14-story building in the old part of Kyiv, just next to Botanical garden. 40sq. m. openspace contains kitchen zone with all things you need such as stove, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. Living room zone with TV, bluetooth audio system, cozy sofa, sofa bags and cofee table. The bed zona with double side bed. As for the bathroom there is a toilet, washer and shower. And the great stunned panoramic view on the part of Kyiv help to relax.

That’s a perfect cozy place for a peaceful stay at a Historic Podil which is located in between 2 subways ( 7 min walk to metro station - Tarasa Shevchenko and 10 min walk to metro station - Kontraktova ) View from the window on Mount Schekavitsa. Very green and beautiful in spring and Summer season especially. When you check in please let us know timing that woman meet you there for check in .
