The year of construction of the house is 1969. Shower stall without hydromassage function. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. Hot water always. Large bridge cabinet. Pleasant cozy atmosphere of the interior (pseudo vintage handmade) with author's paintings. Perfect cleanliness.

Sunny and warm apartment, completely new. At the disposal of guests everything you need. Kitchen dishes, towels, bedclothes, hair dryer, household appliances are all brand new. The apartment is located in the center of the Rusanovka district, an artificial island surrounded by water. A five-minute walk the river embankment with a many restaurants with varied cuisine - Italian, Greek, American, European, one fish and one breakfast restaurants. The exhibition center (IEC-expo) is a 15-minute walk.
