Here you will find peace and relaxation in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities are right on your doorstep. Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with garden seating and barbecue. Located directly on the edge of the Kyll and forest without transit traffic. The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
