Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kyoto

great location, super quiet. could use more heating in the winter (bathroom & shower cold), but would totally stay again!

Wonderful location - walkable or quick cab to many sites and conveniences. Cool Machiya good for two couples with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms providing privacy. Downstairs bedroom has a firm western style bed, two upstairs bedrooms have multiple futons and plenty of bedding. Compared to our other accommodations with futons, these were very thin, but because they were plentiful we stacked them for a little more cushion. Lovely small garden to look over makes the place feel a world away. Rental company was responsive and dropped off dishwasher soap same day when we realized there wasn’t any. Overall great stay and excellent hosts - would recommend for your stay in wonderful Kyoto!

We have a great stay here so convenient place easy to go everywhere. It's very impressive that the host created a detail route path from Kyoto station to the condo, it helps you worry-free to find the the place. We definitely come back in the future.

Great host, great place!

Great stay, lots of convenience store near by. Bus stop is walkable, very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. And if you plan to drive there is a paid parking near by and it is very near to a lot of attractions. Host is always checking in on us and responsive to our reply. Will definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay for our week-long trip in Kyoto. Walkable distance to attractions and very nice cafe and restaurants around the area. The host responds to our request and questions very promptly. Will definitely come back the next time when we visit.

We had a great stay at Omoide! The house is beautiful and in a great location - easily walkable to amenities /shops and restaurants but tucked off the beaten path. We travelled with our 2year old and the house was very child friendly and the host went above and beyond providing books, stories, toys, high chair and crib etc.

The house with the Japanese style was great. With a very beautiful and relaxing garden. The area is very pleasant and quiet to rest after a long day. The host is very responsive and attentive to requests throughout the stay. If I come back to Kyoto, I plan to take over the same place.

Great stay in Kyoto! Was more than large enough for our family - two adults and two teenagers. We loved the private yard space and onsen, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. House is very walkable to everywhere you’d want to go and we loved our stay in Kyoto.

My family of four and two grandparents loved the space and location. The outside stone bathtub was amazing since we didn’t get to an onsen!

We absolutely loved this space. It was exactly what we needed after an intensive first week of travel in Japan. We were looking for something similar to a Ryokan but was more private. The large tub was the main reason we booked and it absolutely did not disappoint. It brought us all the zen we needed. The host allowed us to drop our bags early as well so we could explore and come back later for check in. Thank you for this lovely space. We wish we could have stayed more nights!!

The place is very nice. It's like a renewed machiya (a traditional japanese house) a which is what's advertised by the way and it may look a bit weird or maybe a bit dark for someone not accustomed to them. It was our experience just when we entered the house. But that sense of weirdness went away really fast and we really enjoyed it. It's cozy and even though there was very cold outside, we were very well inside. It's well equipped and we didn't have to worry for anything. It's near a Life supermarket where we got reasonable priced tasty food and Nijo station which made access to Kyoto station and other places looks like a breeze. Nijo castle and the imperial palace are near too. We got beautiful memories from Kyoto, a really beautiful city and Hana's place was part of it. Thank you very much!

It is a lovely inn that combines the design of the Heian period with modern facilities.We had a cozy and very enjoyable night.Thank you very much.

I was very impressed by the hospitality from the time I arrived!It was a very satisfying two days!I would come back once it got a little warmer!

Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~
