Welcome to a charming farm villa in the south of Trøndelag. The house is located on a peaceful farm with great views and access to the beach on the property. The residence is over two floors Three bedrooms, space for six adults, plus a cot - and a sofa bed. Open living room and kitchen solution with large dining table and seating area. There is an activity room for the children. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. On the second floor you will find the loft living room with TV and games. Randistua is centrally located. Walking distance to Sodvinhall, shopping center, sea, water and great hiking areas. Randistua is in the garden of the landlord/ main residence. Sodine sports hall and hiking trails are neighbor but hidden behind the trees. Walking distance to amenities such as shopping center, doctor, dentist, gym, etc. The area is called Skeiet and is located between Rovatnet and Hemnefjorden. It is a residential area, with the church on top. We do not have large parking space, but will facilitate parking of a car.

Welcome to our cosy courtyard with a cabin, annex and outdoor lounge. A cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Only a 2-minute walk (the road must be crossed) to a swimming area with a floating jetty. A rowing boat can be rented (to be arranged in advance). The cabin has running water, electricity and a water closet. TV with RiksTV and Netflix. Great hiking opportunities nearby include, for example, Grøndalsfjellet, Gråfjellet or Ruten 1040 m.a.s.l. Stangvik is located in Møre og Romsdal County, 130 km from Trondheim and 45 km from Sunndalsøra. Here you have a cabin for all occasions, summer and winter. Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

You`ll have access to a Kaisla 13-foot rowing boat (no engine) a paddleboard, and a shelter with fireplace. The garden room offers outdoor furniture, a large dining table and a small grill. There is also a car charger and convenient parking. A perfect place for relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings with family and friends.

Arctic dome Hoset

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen ligger i Orkland kommune. Domen ligger på en topp med skog rundt, men med en åpen og vakker utsikt utover dalen og mot fjellene i Trollheimen. Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir! Fra parkeringen er det ca 600 meter å gå, ta på gode sko da stien går gjennom skog og litt myr. På vinteren må en gå på ski eller truger da det ikke er brøytet vei.

Cabin on Hemnkjølen with great views.

Great hiking terrain in summer and winter. Short distance to mountains and fishing water. Popular hiking destinations from the cabin are Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Gråfjellet and Omnsfjellet. Installed electricity and running well water . About 70 minutes from Trondheim ( Bus stop close to exit to cabin ). Summer time 200 meters walk after planks/path from parking. In winter, it is about 1.1 kilometres on skis/tubs.
