This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Golf 8 min, Puy du Fou 45 min, Futuroscope 1h20, Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo 40 min, Terra Botanica 1h15, the troglodytes of Saumur 45 min, the Châteaux of the Loire 1h30 and the Vendée coast. It has a living room, a lounge, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two toilets and a laundry room. A spacious bedroom (140 cm bed). Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90). Only sheets provided.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 3 km from the historic city of Montreuil Bellay, You can meet there with family or friends to discover the tourist riches of our region (Doué Zoo, Fontevraud, Saumur, vineyards, center park...)
