Enjoy your vacation in San Teodoro in this lovely apartment just a stone's throw from the beautiful "la Cinta" beach and the city center. All immersed in the tranquility and greenery of the village of Ulivi. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a covered veranda. The living area is transformed, with a few simple steps, into a room thanks to the sofa bed with a square and a half. Private parking, outdoor showers and a tennis court are available for guests.

The house has air conditioners, mosquito nets, wi-fi, TV, vacuum cleaner.
