The Hermitage of the Valleys

Countryside location on the outskirts of Vannes. This beautifully traditional built log cabin sits on the side of a picturesque garden. Great for nature watching or a peaceful get away. Traditional log cabin is made from Sitka spruce from Brittany. 1 double bed on the mezzanine with traditional futon box spring There is one shower room located on the ground floor. Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

The sea is 1 hour to the north coast (St. Malo, Dinard, St. Lunaire...) and 1 hour 15 minutes to the south coast (Gulf of Morbihan). Paris is 2 hours by train from Montfort-sur-Meu.
