Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside there is a private courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments (table, chairs, deckchairs, awning). In the heart of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
