The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Relax with the whole family at this pretty house in the heart of a peaceful hamlet. It is located 2.4 km from the pretty beach of Denneville. 4 bikes available will allow you to get there very easily. House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful living room, large garden with terrace, petanque court and courtyard at the front of the house. Linens are available (extra charge) Croissants and fresh bread are 600 m from the house.

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
