The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

La Petite Ferme du Cotentin is a typical longhouse in a village. Its interior is sober and warm. The decor and the atmosphere are made of raw and soft materials, they play with brightness. A great place to stay in summer and winter. Ideal for visiting the English Channel, from north to south, East to the West or taking a jump to the Channel Islands. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
