Beautiful mini apartment, like loft, facing the sea as in a southern resort, but in the city. It is in Chorrillos (border with Barranco) with all the comforts on the first floor. Everything is in one room except the small kitchen and the bathroom. Large window and high dining room to enjoy the view. You can walk along the boardwalk (malecón) at any time, we have 24/7 security and leave your car in the public parking lot that we have inside the urbanization calmly. Power wify.

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

We have been walking and enjoying Barranco (and Lima) for 30 years and have created this space with all our love. A space designed for curious travelers who value rest after an immersion in a city like Lima and rest to wake up with the birds singing. We are a few meters from a gastronomic hub (Central, Mérito, etc.), cafes, designer shops, and museums.

It is a comfortable apartment, located in the center of miraflores 1 block from the promenade, very close to restaurants, shopping centers (larcomar), tourist places, beaches, among others. 90 m2 with 1 bed, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, 1 kitchen, living room and dining room. The apartment is on the sixth floor with a lift. A very cozy place and in one of the most important districts of Lima.
