Beautiful mini apartment, like loft, facing the sea as in a southern resort, but in the city. It is in Chorrillos (border with Barranco) with all the comforts on the first floor. Everything is in one room except the small kitchen and the bathroom. Large window and high dining room to enjoy the view. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

It is a comfortable apartment, located in the center of miraflores 1 block from the promenade, very close to restaurants, shopping centers (larcomar), tourist places, beaches, among others. 90 m2 with 1 bed, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, 1 kitchen, living room and dining room. The apartment is on the sixth floor with a lift. A very cozy place and in one of the most important districts of Lima.
