Nice apartment located in the maritime center of Cambrils, a 5-minute walk from the main beach, 2 minutes from the port, restaurant area and shops. It is on a very quiet and peaceful street, most of the homes are first residences. It is close to the main amenities, shops, supermarket, hospital, train and bus station, sports area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a very cozy bathroom and a large dining room. The apartment is very spacious, it is about 90 square meters. Port Aventura 10 km away.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment in 1st line of very bright sea with swimming pool, parking and community garden. Great terrace with ocean views. Fully renovated and equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and hallway of the rooms. Located on the same waterfront. Basic amenities in the vicinity. The port of Cambrils can be reached by the pedestrian promenade (3 km). It does not have an elevator. In summer we do not usually accept stays of less than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation).
