Completely renovated 17th-century house located between Barcelona and Tarragona in Catalonia's premier wine region of the Penedes but also just 10 min from the beach. It's ideal for walking and visiting the many wine and cava companies in the area. We've transformed the old house into a confortable, relaxing home that's perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families with children. Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment in 1st line of very bright sea with swimming pool, parking and community garden. Great terrace with ocean views. Fully renovated and equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and hallway of the rooms. Located on the same waterfront. Basic amenities in the vicinity. The port of Cambrils can be reached by the pedestrian promenade (3 km). It does not have an elevator. In summer we do not usually accept stays of less than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation).
