Located on the ground floor of San Isidro, just a short walk from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The neighbourhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-storey house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, plenty of natural light and air conditioning (cool/heat) in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue and a glazed gazebo.

My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
