You will enjoy a living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with its wardrobe, The convertible living room sofa can accommodate 2 guests. Immediate access to the lake with its many activities: restaurant, swimming pool, tennis, pedal boat, paddle and SPA at the Les Bois Noirs center. Access to the A89 exit 30 in 10 minutes, Thiers 12 minutes, Clermont Ferrand 45 minutes, Vichy 40 minutes.

Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.
