GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Nice independent cottage in the continuity of our character farmhouse. We welcome you in a bucolic, quiet and warm setting. Guests can take advantage of our terrace and garden. It is a spacious and bright gîte where you will have a large space to cook and share good times. Upstairs is a 30 m2 bedroom with two double beds. Finally, a private bathroom and toilet.

Welcome to this home redone in 2020. The location is ideal, quiet, between: - amenities within walking distance: Shops, bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, restaurants, etc. - the start of the path that leads to the lake and then to the mill, via the old washhouse (regularly used by walkers and runners). No smoking inside.

My accommodation is close to the village center, restaurants, the marina. You will appreciate my accommodation for its 100% vintage decoration that will plunge you into the 50s, the comfort, the old buildings of the port. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
