House holiday rentals in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

The most cosiest air bnb in Lyon, Ethel’s place was warm, welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was not far from local busses and trains into main Lyon both for very cheap. It had shops nearby which were cheap and had english speaking staff which made it very easy for us to shop at. The local area was peaceful and felt very safe:) The house had the most wonderful interior with a cosy living space, modern but authentic kitchen and a lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Finally the Pool! the main reason we booked this place was the glamorous pool, was warm as it had a electric cover to keep it warm and it had been really well looked after meaning it was clean and safe. Ethel’s place is definitely somewhere i would return if i visit Lyon again. Ethel it has been lovely and you have been very responsive. :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sylvie, qui a elle même été très sympathique ! La maison offre un cadre de vie vert et apaisant. Le logement est grand et donne un accès facile aux extérieurs. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir ! Merci Sylvie :)

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour avec ma femme et mes 3 enfants chez Cyril. Son logement est tres propre. Nous avons pu profité de son beau jardin et de sa piscine privé. La maison correspondait exactement comme sur les photos. Tout etait impeccable. Merci a vous Cyril d'être tres réactif.

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

This Maison was such a delight to stay in! The grounds are so unique, what a wonderful opportunity to live in such a French way - church bells, rooftops, birds, flowers everywhere! The owner and caretaker were always responsive and there for us if we needed anything or had any questions. And we can’t say how much the pool made our stay in the heat wave a pleasure. C'est magnifique!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

Bon accueil du couple.Quartier légèrement excentré du centre-ville mais un service de transport public efficace pour se rendre au centre-ville. L’ameublement et la décoration du logement étaient de qualité et rendaient le séjour très agréable.Photos conformes au logement.Grande flexibilité pour l’arrivée hâtive. Bonne communication . Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé, et proche des commerces. La grande table est superbe pour faire du jeu de rôle !

Super hôte et super logement. Olivier est très réactif , de bon conseils et très agréable. Logement 10/10: Propreté , pratique , complet pour y rester qq jours. J’y suis resté 3j, dans le cadre du salon sirha en séjour pro. Très calme, propre et bonne literie , on s’y sent comme chez soi. Merci Olivier je ne manquerai pas de revenir chez toi lors d’un prochain passage ici.

Nous avons loué ce logement dans le cadre d’une formation avec 8 participants. Prix incomparable par rapport aux hôtel et le rapport qualité / prix et les prestations offertes sont bien supérieures. La salle de formation dans le logement a été ce qui nous a fait choisir ce lieu, c’était parfait. Chacun avait sa chambre individuelle et pouvait se retirer pour travailler au calme pendant que les autres profitaient de l’arrière cour. Logement très bien équipé en sanitaires (5 pour tout le logement et il y en a à tous les étages), salles de bain dans toutes les chambres, 2 frigo et 2 machines à café. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds mais on a pu passer de très bons moments tous ensemble au lieu d’être chacun seul dans nos chambres d’hôtel. Notre hôte (que nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer) a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et est très serviable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et son hôte.

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Très calme, et tout à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à toute demande. Parfait pour un séjour long. Je recommande vivement ! Au plaisir de revenir :)

Très bonne situation géographique pour ce BNB situé sur les hauteurs de Lyon, avec une très belle vue sur la ville (malheureusement le brouillard était de mise ce weekend mais personne n'y peut rien !). Grand terrain, pièce de vie suffisamment grande, terrasse... tout s'est très bien passé et je remercie une fois de plus Pierre pour son accueil.

Maryline a été vraiment très disponible et réactive lorsquon a dû étendre la période. La maison est top, refaite à neuf et très bien équipée. Lors de notre séjour en équipe pendant le salon Global Industrie nous a permis de nous reposer paisiblement chaque soir, et le restaurant 301 à table, sur le trajet, a été notre point de chute quotidien avec une équipe agréable et de la disponibilité. c'était parfait.

Two bedroom, two bath with pool outside of Lyon. Parking immediately in front. Very secure. I liked all the natural light through the big windows. Lots of amenities in the big kitchen. Full size fridge. Completely private from the main house, which is where the host lives. Can’t see them or hear them. I liked this stay very much and highly recommend going to the Musee du Confluences, whether you have kids or not. Great museum!

Cathy et son mari sont des hôtes accueillants à l'écoute et réactifs. Ils proposent un logement décoré avec goût très bien situé pour découvrir Lyon et les monts du Pylat entre autres. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable grâce à nos hôtes et leur logement. Nous conseillons très fortement cet hébergement où nous reviendrons sûrement.

Logement agréable et fonctionnel. Proche du centre de Craponne et à 25 min du centre de Lyon en voiture. Nathalie est une hôte très réactive et à l'écoute. Facile d'accès et au calme nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L’accueil, les instructions claires, l’espace , les équipements, la propreté de la maison tout était réuni pour se sentir comme à la maison.
