The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

It consists of a small living room, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, area 13 m2, ceiling height 3.70 m. The studio offers 360-degree views of the rooftops of old Lyon, St Jean Baptiste Cathedral and Fourvière Hill. Here a painter worked for 25 years, it is an ideal place to dream, write, isolate yourself as a couple.
