Just a small rustic garage house/art studio in a big garden. Made for the down to earth Baja traveler. A few hundred meters off MEX1 down a sandy road on the edge of a rustic village. Everything is only minutes away - fresh warm tortillas, downtown action, unpublished beaches. 7 minutes to the airport. El Centenario is the up and coming La Paz suburb - however, the roads are still rough and dusty (muddy, should it rain). This is not for you, if you prefer refined neighborhoods. NO parties!

El alojamiento está a nueve cuadras del malecón y a 6 minutos en carro del centric de la ciudad. Este estudio es definitivamente encantador, habiendo sido anteriormente un taller en donde mi madre fabricaba vitrales, algunas hermosas muestras de su trabajo le dan color y carácter.

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.
