The location is great, just a few steps from the boardwalk, restaurants, bars and everything on hand. The value is perfect. The host is always attentive and very kind.

It is the second time I stayed here and everything was wonderful , the third floor has a very comfortable terrace, very accessible staff, recommended !!

Place is located just in the middle of el Malecon, walking distance literally one block with awsome views from the small balcony and from the rooftop sitting area. Local walking eating restaurants as well as and Oxxo 2 blocks away. Place had all the basic needs, having a laundry area was definitely a plus, i bought detergents and notice that they also had some there for our use. Noice level definitely had to be low since all noice can be heard across neighboring condos.

Everything was super ! great depa, excellent decor and super comfortable everything ! the host always had excellent communication with us. Highly recommended 10/10.

Great stay. Easy to find and check-in. There were only 2 of us but lots of space for 4 people and your pets, plus a nice outdoor space. It's close to all the places we needed to go to in La Paz and a quick Uber to the malecon if you don't want to walk or drive. I'd stay here again.

Everything was very good the only detail that the area has a lot of dogs and in the early morning it was a bit difficult to sleep. Also in the Apartamento superior were singing., screaming a little but they are things that René can't control but if he says there could be noise it would be better. However, everything is fine

Secure and clean. The office is staffed downstairs. I like the 700 meter walk to the ocean and restaurants, rather than being directly on the beach. Make sure I walk off the Margaritas. All very good and no complaints. I also liked the roof.

The stay is very pleasant, more if you go with your family, the treatment was the most friendly and attentive to what we needed and very good recommendations to eat, I highly recommend it

It was a super nice comfortable stay. The place has a lot of privacy, own entrance and we were able to keep the cart which was made super useful. It has what you need to be, the heat is not very closed and in the room there is air conditioning. Hot water comes out of the shower (although it was really not necessary). The process to get to and from is extremely accessible, easy and quick. The attention from the host was excellent, it was always pending but respecting privacy. Lastly, the location is perfect, it is close to many places to eat, close to the seawall and we never had trouble getting to the places we wanted. We highly recommend this place, we had a great time.

It's the 2nd time we stayed with Alberto in their apartments. I highly recommend his accommodations, mainly because he is very attentive, they are centrally located and at a very good price! Your car is safe, the area is quiet, warm water and space with the basics. By car you arrive in 5min to the seawall and there are quite a few food options nearby in case you want to get even closer. The pool is small but private for guests and there is room to have a good time if you go with family or friends. They have a small store where you find several basic products that prevent you a spin. They will certainly continue to be my first choice every time I visit peace!

The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. They were very attentive to my arrival, excellent communication and I am very grateful that they allowed me to leave a little after the hour. 100% Recommended!!!
