Just a small rustic garage house/art studio in a big garden. Made for the down to earth Baja traveler. A few hundred meters off MEX1 down a sandy road on the edge of a rustic village. Everything is only minutes away - fresh warm tortillas, downtown action, unpublished beaches. 7 minutes to the airport. El Centenario is the up and coming La Paz suburb - however, the roads are still rough and dusty (muddy, should it rain). This is not for you, if you prefer refined neighborhoods. NO parties!

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Studio with personality

Enjoy the simplicity of this one-room, urban, accessible accommodation. Without feeling like you're immersed in a shopping area, you'll find plenty of amenities and businesses within walking distance. The accommodation is nine blocks from the boardwalk and 6 minutes by car from the city centric. This studio is definitely lovely, having previously been a workshop where my mother made stained glass windows, some beautiful samples of her work give it color and character.
