A pocos metros está el Mercado municipal, Jardín principal, ayuntamiento, bancos, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, cafeterías, taxis, plaza de toros puedes ir caminando a disfrutar de todos estos lugares.

Y lo mejor una pequeña alberca con hidromasaje y terraza privada. Aviso sobre la alberca en temporada de quema de caña de Noviembre a finales de Abril, desafortunadamente no se puede garantizar la constante limpieza de la alberca por la producción de cenizas fina producidas por la quema de caña. Él uso queda a su discreción.
