Designed for 2 to 6 occupants, Villa Ti Kaz Payanké (the island's emblematic bird), classified as a 5-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in a quiet area, on the Saint Louis River, between the Indian Ocean and the volcanic cirques. It is spacious (120 m²) and offers every comfort, including a very high-speed Wi-Fi connection. It features a spacious veranda (40 m²), a 21 m² heated swimming pool (in winter) with ocean views, a kitchen and a summer bar with a plancha, as well as two private parking spaces.
