2-star apartment, with sea view, located 2-min walk from Anse l'Etang beach. On the top floor of a building, this 2-room apartment will bring you comfort and tranquility. It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a comfortable bed and storage closet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, a living room with sofa bed (2nd bed) and TV, a mezzanine, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a terrace with table and chairs and a secure parking space.

The apartment is located in Tartane in a quiet area, between Anse Bonneville and Anse l'Etang, on the ground floor of our house. It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delightful tropical garden, extends the sea view offered by the apartment. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers Beach (5') and the Natural Park are also within walking distance.

Meals are taken with a nice sea view, the apartment is quiet, very well located, 1 km from the city center, pharmacy, bakery, post office and various small shops, you can walk to get your fresh fish, the fish market is 200 m away, and the local market 1 km away, you have two pretty small beaches 5 minutes away, Raisiniers and Cosmy. Located on the Atlantic side, 15 minutes from the Caravelle Peninsula Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from the airport.
