Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
