This pretty 18 m2 studio offers a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom in a serene atmosphere. Located on the ground floor of a detached house, it is for your exclusive use. Its entrance opens onto the garden, which is shared. Great location, you will be less than: *10 min drive: supermarkets, CHU, Faculties, Poitiers Train Station * 8 min walk: Carrefour Express *about 20 min by car: airport, Futuroscope Equipped, the accommodation is suitable for long stays.

Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
