Great house in the woods. Good internet 250mbps upload/download. Apples, plums, and grits grow on the property. There are heaters in all rooms, you can set a comfortable temperature. Birds sing outside. Thank you for your hospitality, we'll come back here again!

The stay was great! The house is beautiful, so is the neighborhood. Lucia was very attentive to everything we needed.

The house exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable, spacious and pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the space. Everything was well maintained, and the attention to detail was noticeable. The location is excellent, and the host was very kind throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future.

The house has a lot of character. It felt cozy and comfortable. It felt sometimes like living on a fairy tale. The views of the lake are beautiful and keep changing through the day. The early morning before the sun rises are amazing. The linens are professionally cleaned. Keep in mind that the house is located inside a compound with other small rentals. Everyone is separate and you barely see your neighbors. Your views are not blocked. The property is right on the lake and you can walk down to the water. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Perfect if your group is blended or traveling with two families. The upstairs feels like a different house privacy wise. There is even an upstairs living room. Great spot to launch our Circuito Chico adventures.

The apartment is amazing, we have had a spectacular time. Supermarket and various restaurants accessible by walking. Our host Lucia is super friendly and always has the best predisposition. When I can assign dates we will be back!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to spend a few days in SMA. Close to downtown, in a quiet area. Lucia is a great host, she treated us very well and helped us with everything. SMA is from the most beautiful cities in the country, do not hesitate to stay in this apartment that is very equipped and will spend a few comfortable days.
