This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Our apartment offers its occupants: private balcony with stunning views of the Chaudière River, large bedroom with double bed, another smaller sunny bedroom with a single bed, comfortable living room, work desk, friendly dining area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to a common and free laundry room on the same floor. You'll be steps from several restaurants and shops. In addition, the bike path passes directly in front of the accommodation.

Large windows offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and in the distance we can see the tip of Lac Mégantic.

On the site, you'll have access to a 1.6 km gravel road perfect for hiking, biking and snowshoeing. In winter, a slide is also accessible. In addition, you will find nearby the Massif du Sud, the Appalaches Lodge-Spa, the Appalaches Regional Park (Loutres Falls 5 km away), federal mountain biking and snowmobiling trails, a bike path, etc.
