Holiday rentals with beach access in Laconia

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans le logement. L’endroit est facile d’accès, il est possible de se garer gratuitement devant l’immeuble facilement. Marina est très réactive et a pu nous aider rapidement lorsque nous en avons eu besoin !

Marina is een goede gastvrouw, het appartement is ruim, het terras heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Helaas maken hangjongeren in de avond en nacht er een soort achterbuurt van door met lawaaierige motoren en auto’s door de straat en nabij gelegen plein te scheuren.

The apartment is amazing! Comfortable, fresh, clean, you have here everything you need. Everything working well. Exactly like on the photos (even better). By the photo I thought its will be smaller and like studio apartment- but its was much biger! Super close to the beautifull beach (2-3 min walking), restaurant at the Beach, (Limanaki), beautifull view from the terace, where you can have your breakfast. Area is very calm, quite and beautifull. Minimarket 5 min walking. Only one thing - for me was not easy to find it for the first time, because this area have no adress at all. Its a village. But the owner was on a call, and we find it. Kyriakos is very kind and supportive owner. Thank you dear Kyriakos! My vacation here is pure pleasure!!!

Just a few too many steps to tackle before reaching the apartment, but the effort definitely worth it: the terrace offers a truly amazing view over the traditional village of Kamini, very nice and quite. The room is clean, the bad is very comfortable and the little kitchen is well furnished. Petros and Jacobs are perfect host. thanks for your kindness.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Mama Mia. Position was fantastic. only 20 steps away along the beach to our favourite restaurant Romvi. The spacious outside terrace was well used with its extensive views. Merete was very friendly and obliging.

Modernes, toll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Balkon unmittelbar am Meer im 1. Stock. Schönes und praktisches Bad/WC. Komfortable Betten in einem ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer auf der Hinterseite. Die Cafes und Tavernen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, stören die Nachruhe aber überhaupt nicht. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind am Hafen reichlich vorhanden. Alles Bestens!

Logement agréable avec une grande terrasse surplombant la mer. Magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa de Katerina qui est chalereux et attentionné. Seul petit reproche : pas de climatisation dans une des chambres. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, je recommande ce logement et j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Als wir das Appartement betraten, hatten wir einen Woweffekt. Der Blick aufs Meer, die Einrichtung, die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und vor allem standen frische Orangen und Zitronen auf dem Tisch, daneben Brot, ein Glas Honig, ein Glas Aprikosenmarmelade und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank! Überhaupt war eigentlich alles schon vorhanden. Vom Öl über Tee, Kaffee, Gewürzen bis hin zum Waschmittel. Und die Wohnung war vorgewärmt, so dass wir es uns gemütlich machen konnten. Ein toller Service! Vielen Dank! Der kleine Ort Kiveri liegt sehr malerisch am Fuße von Bergen. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr gepflegt und es waren sogar zwei Restaurants geöffnet, obwohl wir im Februar dort waren. Von der Terasse sieht man am gegenüber liegenden Ufer Nafplios Wasserburg und am Abend auch die Lichter der Festung der Stadt. Von Kiveri aus kann man sehr gut die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Peloponnes erkunden. Wir hatten trotz des kühlen Wetters einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war schön und hatte viel Platz. Es gab sogar zwei Badezimmer, man kann diese Unterkunft gut zu viert besuchen. Das Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben schnell eine Rückmeldung auf alle Fragen erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist ca 10‘ zu Fuss von den Restaurants entfernt und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand unterhalb (Privatstrand der Resorts) ist ruhig und leer und man kann gut Zweisamkeit geniessen. Es hat sogar zwei Liegestühle in der Unterkunft welche man nach unten nehmen kann. Das Bett war auch bequem jedoch war es eher eng, wer es kuschelig mag hat sicherlich keine Probleme damit. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

We had a great stay in Traute's place near Leonidio. The beach house has a secluded feel, with great views in all directions.

Great location downtown Koroni, 1min walk to the port/restaurants or the Artaki beach. Also quite unique to have a 2/3 cars private parking as this is an issue in Koroni. The house is typical from last century with very high ceilings. Vintage furniture but beddings are comfortable. The kitchen has the essentials for short stays. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The others have fans and if windows / shutters are well managed, it’s OK during August. 2 modernized bathrooms with showers. Athina is a great host, very friendly and very responsive with house topics or local tourism tips.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον Πόρο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ιδανική , ήσυχη τοποθεσία ,πεντακάθαρο και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή της καταχώρησης. Ο Νικόλας και η μητέρα του ήταν απολύτως επικοινωνιακοί και πρόθυμοι να συνδράμουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε με συμβουλές και κατατοπιστικές πληροφορίες. Με την άφιξή μας είχαν προνοήσει για κρύα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και παγάκια στο ψυγείο ,καθώς και μια ποιοτική σπιτική λεμονάδα για να φρεσκαριστούμε. Επίσης μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία της ευέλικτης αναχώρησης και γενικά ήταν από τους οικοδεσπότες που τιμούνε τη φιλοξενία και σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε οικείο χώρο. Η οργανωμένη παραλία ήταν στα 50 μέτρα απόσταση και δίπλα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος για τις αγορές τελευταίας στιγμής. Στα υπέρ του χώρου το ιδιωτικό ασφαλές πάρκινγκ και η απίστευτη θέα από τις δύο βεράντες. Γενικά θα πρότεινα στους δυνητικά υποψήφιους μελλοντικούς ενοικιαστές να μην χάνουν το χρόνο τους αναζητώντας που θα μείνουν στο νησί......

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις, το οποίο καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, που διαθέτει πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ τριγύρω. Η κα Καίτη είναι υπέροχη και πολύ εξυπηρετική και προνοητική. Σε κάθε μας αίτημα απαντούσε πάρα πολύ άμεσα, ενώ πριν φτάσουμε στο σπίτι μας είχε στείλει πληροφορίες αναλυτικές για το τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην περιοχή, σχετικα με το φαγητό, κα. Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα κατεβούμε προς Καλαμάτα και τα περίχωρα, θα προτιμήσουμε αυτό το σπίτι!

Un très bel appartement, bien décoré, des balcons de chaque côté dont un avec une belle vue sur la baie. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée (gâteaux, jus de fruit, fruits, bouteilles d’eau ..). L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et Nikoletta a tout fait pour s’assurer que nous passions un bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans ce logement tout simple. La proximité de la plage et la piscine nous ont permis de nous rafraichir a tout moment. Prevoir un petit temps de trajet pour rejoindre les différents sites a visiter: Nauplie, Mycenes, Corinthe... Le logement en etant un peu excentré.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Emmanouela. Il est parfaitement situé (la vue est splendide), spacieux, propre, bien aménagé et surtout incroyablement bien équipé. On se sent comme à la maison et c'est un réel confort quand on est en voyage. Cerise sur le gâteau, Emmanouela est très professionnelle, arrangeante et sympathique. L'arrivée se faisant en totale autonomie, j'ai eu plusieurs questions à lui poser une fois sur place et elle a toujours répondu rapidement et en proposant des solutions. Les instructions tant pour arriver à l'appartement que pour sa prise en main étaient détaillées et parfaitement claires. Bref, tout a été parfait et le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Une pépite en somme !

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

L'endroit est enchanteur. Une énorme terrasse qui donne sur la baie de Portoheli, ombragée par des arbres majestueux. La maison fait partie d'un ensemble de maisons appartenant à la famille d'Ornella et de son mari. Pour les Pâques orthodoxes, toute la famille est arrivée, et on entendait tous les matins et tous les soirs les chants liturgiques qui résonnaient de l'église de l'autre côté de la baie. Nous avons passé d'innombrables heures sur la terrasse à lire et à contempler la beauté autour de nous. La région est riche en sites. A 1 heure de route, on peut visiter Mycènes, Epidaure, Tyrinthe, Nauplie. Les îles Spetses, Poros et Hydra. Ornella nous a conseillé des restaurants à Portoheli, où nous avons très bien mangé à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Bref: je conseille le séjour et j'y retournerai avec plaisir!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο σύνολο αρκετά καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως μας το περιέγραψαν. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και ειδικά το μπάνιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη και με πρώτες ύλες για μαγείρεμα όπως λάδι, αλλά πιπέρι κτλ. Ωστόσο ο χώρος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή μόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ δεδομένου πως ο γείτονας έμενε έως τις 02:00 το πρωί στη βεράντα του και ακουγόταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι ομιλίες. Επίσης η πόρτα έχει ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως στο δωμάτιο και να είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορεί κάποιος να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου βολικός για ύπνο καθώς νιώθεις τα σίδερα από κάτω. Οι γείτονες κάπνιζαν από το πρωί στο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο καθώς έμπαινε ο καπνός μέσα. Επίσης το internet έχει σοβαρό θέμα καθώς οι ταχύτητες είναι από ελάχιστες έως ανύπαρκτες.

The apartment was just amazing! Stunning view over the sea, really cosy, very nice garden to chill and it had everything you need. Everything was very clean. Zein and Andy were very friendly and gave us good tips and were always there for us. We really enjoyed the calm surrounding, did a lot of hiking tours. We highly recommend this apartment.

Πολύ καλή και σύντομη η επικοινωνία. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ άνετος και περιποιημένος με υπεροχο μπαλκόνι. Η τοποθεσια ειναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντα στην παραλία.
