GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH FAMILY... SPECIALLY IF TRAVELLING WITH INFANTS.....KITCHEN PROVIDED BY THE HOST..GREAT FOR SMALL MEAL PREPS FOR INFANTS.

A very nice and spacious place to stay. Exactly as is mentioned in the photos and description. The staff is also very courteous and took very good care of us. Would love to come back again here if I visit Dalhousie. A definite place to stay if looking to come to Dalhousie

A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at Raghuvansh’s place. The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The indoor games, wifi and spacious rooms really stood out and made my stay extra comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to Banikhet Bazar where we can buy all our daily needs, the beautiful view from the terrace and relief from the crowd was plus point with a quiet neighbourhood. Raghuvansh was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and ensure I had a smooth stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway.

Nice place surrounded by nature. Away from cities hectic life. Care taker is a nice guy and very helpfull.

Mr and Mrs Ajeet are a wonderful host. Their place matches the description and is clean and comfortable offering lovely views. The food prepared by aunty is simple , plentiful but tasty. Both Mr and Mrs Ajeet are friendly and approachable at all times and they were wonderful with our kid as well. Dalhousie gets cold and there are enough blankets . The bed was comfortable and bathrooms have geyser . The location is in a village, as mentioned in description, which is about 5 kms from main road. You have to pass through a army cantonment to reach the place but the entire route is narrow but tarred . They were also kind enough to offer our driver food, tea and a place to refresh. There is a bit of walk from parking to the house but Mr Ajeet will help with the luggage. Mr Ajeet is also very helpful with suggestions for sightseeing . We also got to know a lot about the village life and himachali pahadi life from the couple. I thoroughly recommend this homestay.

Harminder Sir's homestay was a delightful experience. The breathtaking scenery and serene ambiance created a slice of paradise. The perfect summer weather added to its charm. The interiors offered ample space for relaxation and comfort. The beds and sofas provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. Our cherished sanctuary was the balcony, providing a serene spot to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings. An abundance of books and a large dining table enhanced our stay. The WiFi connection was reliably consistent, enabling highly productive "Working From Himachal" experience. Conveniently, grocery shops were within close proximity, allowing us to discover the delightful local Verka milk and Garhwal Dahi. Harminder Sir's helpfulness and friendliness made our stay exceptional. While a water shortage exists in the area, responsible water usage is essential. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience is overshadowed by the overall pleasant experience.

Lovely, spacious cottage in the midst of the upper Bakrota forest area. The outdoors are great because of ample sunlight through the day, and the indoors are taken care of warmly by Raju ji the caretaker. Great meals and help all around in everything we could ask for. Do remember to request for groceries/ firewood in advance with Raju if you plan to use his services. There’s lots around the cottage to explore if you are up for trekking/ walking. The town itself is rustic and not super touristy which is nice. Beautiful forest areas and valley views. Stairs down to the cottage from the main gate may not be for suitable for anyone with knee issues, but still manageable. Overall a super pleasant stay! Will come back.

Come here to experience the best Vintage stay in Dalhousie. The place is mesmerizing with all the antiques, fireplace, ambience that you will feel that you are in a dream British cottage! Sabina is very helpful, kind and proactive with a personal touch. She was helpful throughout the stay and provided useful recommendations. This review is incomplete without mentioning the all in one superhuman Mr Rakesh! A great cook, soft-spoken, kind hearted super active human taking care of us in the cottage was so helpful and sweet. He prepared delicious meals and carefully took care of us in the harsh cold during our visit. It was very helpful of the team to bring our luggage to and fro our Cab. This was a very thoughtful arrangement by Sabina! Overall an excellent place to stay and enjoy! Thanks for everything!
