There is free parking in front of the building and free parking on the road. It is a 5-minute walk to the marina and the bazaar and there is a public beach in front of it.

Seaside cottage 1 (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK))

The holiday home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a residential area and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc.). The city of Izmir (40 km) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) or by taxi. The sandy beach is 50 metres away, and there is a chilled drinking water dispenser (Sebil) and 3 air conditioning units in the house.

Pythagorion Harbour Residence

This unique apartment is located directly in the picturesque harbour of Pythagorion. It offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour with its many small boats and yachts and Aegean Sea up to the coast of Turkey. In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the apartment, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is just 3 km away, so start enjoying your stay only minutes after you arrive!

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.
