Our historical house, whose garden is surrounded by historical walls, has been modernized, is 100 meters from the port, caravanserai and beach. In the historical Kaleici bazaar, it is adjacent to cafes and restaurants. It has a seating area and barbecue facilities in its garden. It is possible to cook with kitchen equipment. It is quite roomy compared to its peers.

The Guest House is one of three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a beautiful natural setting with a sea view. A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.
