Warm and bright artisan house built in wood and stone. Fully equipped. Located two blocks from downtown and across from the central plaza. It has a large kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds), a bathroom and laundry room. It has a private, spacious and green patio with a grill and barbecue, as well as a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. An excellent place to rest, enjoy and relax.

It has a bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor. Smart TV on both floors. It has WiFi, cable TV, bedding, towels, shampoo, soap. It is 50 meters from the terminal and 700 meters from downtown. The neighborhood is quiet surrounded by avenues.
