Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. Free indoor parking. Very clean apartment, with all comforts including newly installed air conditioning (hot-cold). All the furniture is new, it is certainly not a Venetian suite but nothing is missing. We are in a condominium that offers and asks for tranquility. We hope to live up to it.
