Great appartment. Very spacious and the roof terrace is an ideal place to relax. Close to the beach and a parking space in front.

Graham’s villa is absolutely stunning! Very spacious, nice and quiet, and even bigger than shown on the photos. We really enjoyed the undercover seating area and the pool. A few nights we enjoyed a bbq dinner on the roof top terras with gorgeous views. The villa is well furnished and perfect for a family, as pool toys and games are part of the package. The distance to town was not too bad and is actually nice walk. Even my elderly father and partner were able to walk the distance. I really recommend this villa in gorgeous Carvoeiro and Graham is really responsive and helpful. Since we arrived in the dark, I do recommend (if you can), to just stay on the A22 ((Toll Road) from the airport all the way to Lagoa, instead of ((partially) taking the N125. On arrival took us over an hour via the N125 due to the low speed and many roundabouts. All other times we just took the A22 which was 35 mins to Faro. Overall, the perfect Algarve holiday villa which exceeded our expectations!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful and quiet, well-equipped apartment. The apartment is spacious and well divided. Check-in was flexible via a key box. An early checkin/late checkout was also offered to us without any problems. The apartment is located in a residential complex and in our time there was not much going on there, so very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary. In less than 10 minutes you were by car on great beaches, such as Benagil, Praia Marinha or Carvalho. We were overwhelmed by the rock formations. During our stay, the pool was renovated for a few days, which was not clear in advance. However, communication with Margarida was transparent and very friendly at all times. Proactively, it was taken care of immediately and we received a refund. Overall, we felt very comfortable here as a family. The apartment and surroundings are great and Margarida is a super hostess.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was breathtaking. Highly recommended!

The house is lovelly for a good vacations

We had an amazing stay at Joyce’s apartment. It is situated in an excellent location, next to shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Everything was so clean, spacious and in great condition. Joyce left us suggestions on what to do and where to eat. There was plenty of space for our family of four, including a lovely porch which allowed for sitting in the afternoon sun. Highly recommend!

There is nothing but praise and gratitude to Kathleen and Manuel for being such amazing hosts. The property exceeded expectations, and we found everything to be as described perfectly according to the description. We didn't have a car, but used uber/taxis to carvoeiro and local areas such as Estombar and Benagil. The local intermarche supermarket was only a 10 walk away, and I'd compare it to Asda in UK. Plenty of choice, easy to find what you need, but do not buy imported English goods unless absolutely necessary because they're extremely overpriced (just some helpful advice) Kathleen and Manuel have 2 dogs. Millie and Max. We absolutely fell in love with Millie especially 😍 please give her attention if you love dogs and Sat by the pool, she's so friendly and super intelligent. The attention to detail in everything about the property was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 9. We'd absolutely recommend this property and hosts to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Karina’s place. The accommodation was very central - within a few minutes walk of Carvoeiro centre and yet very quiet. The apartment was well equipped - we didn’t use the kitchen much as there are so many nice places to eat locally, we didn’t want to cook! But it had everything we needed. Carvoeiro is a lovely place to stay - a pretty little place with a beach, great restaurants and a beautiful hiking trail called the ‘seven hanging valleys’ trail. We didn’t have much need to contact Karina while we were there, but when we did, she was very responsive and helpful. All in all, a great stay in a great place!
