The House is located 3.8 km from the Lagoa Santa Waterfront. In the Valle Verde Ville neighborhood. Kitchen has a refrigerator and built-in stove, with an oven, dishes and cutlery... We also have a sofa, 55" TV, a dining table in the gourmet area, a gourmet area with a barbecue grill and a delightful swimming pool with a whirlpool. The house also has two bathrooms, one social and one in the gourmet area. I look forward to your stay. (The house accommodates up to 15 people in the gourmet area only. My Cozy

O Meu Aconchego is a unique space because it is in the city and you wake up in the morning with the birds singing and, when you open the window, you come across a beautiful green area. It is gratifying to watch the sunrise or sunset from the balcony while lying in the hammock. Also, have coffee in a bright kitchen, and during the day, enjoy the waterfall and whirlpool in the pool while another prepares a barbecue. It is also possible, at night, to turn off the lights of the house and enjoy the starry sky and identify the constellations.

Excellent house in Lagoa Santa, great view, cozy, ideal for spending the weekend and holidays with family and friends. Fully furnished and equipped house, with exterior security cameras. Bed and bath linens are not included. We leave a face towel and mat in the bathrooms. Solar heated pool. The whirlpool and waterfall are not available for rent. Internet, Wi-Fi, Sky with Première, Chrome Cast are available The house is not in a condominium!

With a heated pool and grassy area, relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All decorated with comfort and coziness. Great infrastructure for families with children. Heated pool, lawn with tile wall for painting, without stairs. City with lots of entertainment and tour options. 4 bedrooms, 3 internal bedrooms and 1 bedroom integrated into the gourmet area.
