This studio is very well located, inside city walls were you will be walking distance from everything (3 minutes to the city center, 10 minutes to the nearest beach), but in a quiet street. This spacious studio has a bedroom area (with a bed and wardrobe), a living area (with sofa and smart TV) and a kitchenette. There is also a utility room and the bathroom. AC works on cooling & heating mode. Recently installed windows to provide great insulation of sound and heat.
