You will love staying in this beatifull studio apartment, the location is spectacular at the beggining of Condado, the most relaxing area, all you need at walking distance. Best than being in a hotel! The beach is across the street little condado beach and the lagoon is in your back yard with private acces. We take cleaning and sanitizing procedures very seriously, ocean views from your room or your bed, just 10min from SJU airport, it will be your perfect spot to enjoy the island at it's best!

You will wake up seeing the beach directly in front of you and go to bed with the sound of the waves! **WE CANNOT STORE LUGGAGE** Check in time 3PM-checkout 11AM Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment.
