Accès direct à la Saône et à la Voie Bleue, idéale à pied ou à vélo. Au rez-de-chaussée, un restaurant emblématique de la région accueille en salle ou en terrasse face à l’eau, pour des moments simples et dépaysants en famille ou entre amis, entre balades, détente et couchers de soleil. Le temps d’une pause, laissez-vous porter par la Saône.

"L'Imprévu" is a single-family house.

Single-family house (75 m2) on the first floor, completely renovated in 2022, can accommodate from 2 to 6/8 people. Its courtyard and private parking will allow you to take a break in peace in the heart of Burgundy. Less than 10 min from the highway (A6) exit 24 (TOURNUS) Less than 5 minutes to all amenities (supermarket, discount store, restaurant, tobacco/newsstand...) Our historic and Romanesque city will touch you with its history and its recent facilities, both small and large.

Studio by the pond

The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

The Atrium in Sens

Spacious 80 m2 entire accommodation (adjacent to our house) with a small terrace, located in a charming hamlet in the heart of a tourist region rich in history and gastronomy. The house has a separate entrance. This accommodation in a stone building has the advantage of staying cool in summer. There is a small restaurant in the courtyard of the accommodation (single daily menu, Thursday to Sunday, lunch & dinner). Only by reservation via message or phone, subject to availability.
