This was my first Airbnb experience and I loved how responsive Tiffany was with concerns and questions, very peaceful area and just overall a great stay.

What a treat! The home was easy to find and access. Everything was exactly as mentioned: very clean, organized, and labeled. We had a blast with the arcade machine, pool table, and pool! Perfect whether you have kids or are just a kid at heart!

Perfect condo in every way! Loved being close to Lake Arrowhead Village and the freedom to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants. The unit is very private, was spotless, gas fireplace was simple to use. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect place for our extended family to stay while celebrating our son’s college graduation. The large kitchen and dinning table were perfect for family meals, lots of seating in the family room and large spacious bedrooms made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend

Jana was extremely helpful and welcomed my family with open arms. All of our communication was done through texting in the app, response times never longer than 15 minutes. She even let us borrow a few chairs when we ran out of chairs during our thanksgiving dinner. House was huge and spacious. Plenty of room for large families staying together. It’s only the 2nd time in 3 yrs that I used Airbnb - so I had some issues w/locating and entering. Boris was unfailingly polite, responsive and patient with my questions. (Note: local authority directed me to a waste station charging $15 to take my garbage.) Altogether the place is clean and comfortable as well as convenient. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and the array of entertainment options provided in the cabin. I highly recommend, THANK YOU Boris!

OMG what a beautiful home! It was perfectly clean and generously equipped. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Exquisite view from the back deck, very relaxing. We will book this home again. It is the nicest place we have ever booked in Big Bear. We have booked in Big Bear several times before, for a bit cheaper, but they weren’t nearly as nice and impressive. Worth the price that was asked. Thank you Bryan. An awesome host. Dog friendly, beautiful home with an amazing view and friendly host. We were warm and comfortable during the storm.

Pleasant stay and responsive host. Plenty of room for me and my 3 teenage kids. Board games were available (Risk is the best!). I’ve read other reviews about the dock being under construction or something, but we found no such issue. We fished off the dock and caught (& released) several blue gill. Recommend small Rapallas with natural colors, trout imitators. They couldn’t resist.

Loved the house—it definitely had that cozy cabin feel. Yuri was very responsive and helpful, and he made sure the utilities were all set up. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this beautifully designed home in Lake Arrowhead. The space was not only stylish and cozy, but also offered breathtaking views that made our trip even more special. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen—there were plenty of spices, and even olive oil was thoughtfully provided. Every detail was so well taken care of. Annie’s place was amazing and she as a host was even better. We were a party of 9 guests and 6 dogs who were originally supposed to be camping. But because of the weather change (suddenly it started snowing in the middle of April) and we had to switch gears. We booked her air bnb last minute and told her we had 6 dogs. She was accommodating to the max, she even let us extend our checkout! We obviously cleaned up after our dogs and were super respectful of her place. But the fact that she was so accommodating was very helpful! 10/10 recommend her airbnb! Also her hot tub is very clean! Which is another huge win! Thank you Annie for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and very clean. I'll likely be coming back as the location is walking distance to the village and lake.

We went to Big Bear as a family and had more than enough space for the 12 of us in Michael’s cabin. The space was clean, comfortable and had so many amenities. The game room was wonderful and provided a great space where the adults, teens and kids could enjoy our time together. We spent time outside BBQ’ing, in the hot tub and around the fire pit. We had an enjoyable weekend at this wonderful cabin and Michael was a wonderful host.

Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay with a comfortable couch and fast WiFi. Close proximity to hiking and restaurants. Great place for dogs with a nice fenced in backyard. Big dining table great for meals and board games.

This place was pretty good we went up to big bear to ski and snowboard the place is welcomed with some signs of skiing and stuff and it makes it so cool , but over all this place has everything you need

Steven & Michelle’s place was beyond amazing. My husband and myself wanted to enjoy some peace and quiet time for our anniversary and that is what we got. The directions to the house were very easy to follow. The house itself is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed how quiet it was. The little creek that runs behind the house was nice to listen to while sitting out on one of the many decks. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. We loved how the house was tucked away from others and it was a short drive to stores. We had no issues at all with our stay and we will hopefully be staying at their house again in the future.

The place felt like a second home located next to forest trials. It was a nice stay for the family!

You won’t be disappointed booking this amazing house. The house is very spacious and is located at a great location. We were walking distance to Snow Summit and other shops. The place came with nice amenities and we had a great time.

Excellent stay with comfortable bedding, plenty of towels, and full kitchen. I appreciate they had some travel size soaps/ shampoo, and a Keurig with K cups, ensuring a smooth first morning. Location is about half a mile from a variety of grocery stores and pharmacy , 2 miles from the slopes. Exceptionally clean and cozy we had superior service with the host. Wouldn’t change a thing and highly recommend.
