Located on the right side of Alkonyi House, with a separate entrance and shared kitchen. The two apartments together are ideal for up to 4-5 people.

From the other terrace, 37 sqm, which is accessible from the bedrooms, can easily get up to the 60 square meter roof terrace with amazing views of Lake Balaton. Parking is provided for a car within the property.
