Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Biel

My family of 4 had a lovely stay. Was the perfect place to spend a few days seeing the sights in and around Montreux and just relaxing. My daughters appreciated each having her own comfortable bed after having to share pull-out couches in hotels. We loved being able to prepare our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Nice laundry room in the apartment as well. Loved the convenience of having the additional toilet as well as the full bathroom. Perfect stay!

We booked the place for an extended bike weekend over Easter. Everything is great.

Stéphane's place is fabulous. I loved Bern and staying with Stéphane only improved the experience. The location is amazing. Right in the park and access to miles and miles of trails. Those same trails make it very easy to access the center or a walk through the city is maybe 15 minutes. As far as the apartment it's very comfortable. The views are beautiful. The apartment is in an open format and the furnishings are high grade as well as the appliances. Stéphane provides everything you need with plenty of coffee and even the ingredients for a welcome pasta dinner. Parking in Bern can be a challenge if you have a car and I was lucky to find a P&R spot through the railroad which was amazing. Thank you very much for the wonderfull stay.

Claire‘s place was very peaceful with an amazing view! One can see she put a lot of thought into furnishing and decorating the apartment. We would reccomend having a car for the stay, since public transport is not the fastest in the area. Still we came around quite well with the trains and busses. There are a lot of nice places to visit in the area!

We have been able to spend the last 3 days in the apartment. Since we were with our 2 kids and Sari was on vacation, we could rent the entire apartment so the children also had their own room. It was very spacious and equipped with every comfort. A lovely balcony to sit and a spacious living room. It was wonderfully quiet. Dornach is a beautiful setting and a good base to visit other locations from the apartment. Sari is a very nice host who responds quickly, is very helpful and finds no question too much.

A big thank you to Beatrix for the smooth and welcoming check-in experience! She was very helpful and made everything much easier for us. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed our time. There’s a convenient market just 5 minutes away by foot where you can find almost everything you need. The view from the place is absolutely stunning, and the bus station is just a 3-minute walk.

We were extremely well received by Jacqueline, a warm host who takes visibly happy to welcome its visitors. It is also discreet but always available when needed. The apartment is impeccably clean, the bedding is impeccable and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The place is very pretty, quiet and ideally located for hiking, exploring the surroundings or visiting Bern. We highly recommend this place which is really perfect in every way. We spent wonderful Easter holidays in Simone's old town cottage in St.Ursanne. The place is very cozy with a homely wooden stove and well-kept garden. It's easy to communicate with Simone and everything was welcoming and clean.

From the moment we booked to the time we left, Claudia was extremely responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with ideas for our stay and made us feel welcome from the start. The house is exactly as pictured, but the pictures don't do the view justice. It is just breathtaking. The automatic shades open in the morning and reveal the mountains for you to admire while drinking your cup of coffee in bed. Overall, I highly recommend Claudia's home for its convenience to the train, the views, and the high-end amenities that make the home very comfortable.

Perfect stay. This cottage, this nature...you feel in a real haven of peace. The accommodation is very welcoming, pleasant, everything is well thought out. Very good bedding. The area is very beautiful, the hikes are wonderful. It's beautiful, we want to stay there. A big thank you to Franziska.

Top location with beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, playground and forest very close, short walk to the tram line right to downtown Basel. Since there was no rental before/after, we could have arrived very flexibly the night before or check out after 11:00. Kitchen and room simply equipped, but absolutely practical and completely sufficient for us. Respectively, we brought missing cooking utensils with us after prior consultation with Daniel. We would come back!

i really liked staying there,everything was very clean,close to areas that could go to restaurants ,very quiet everything. The only thing I didn't like was; say hello to Stephanie's husband and he didn't talk to me. That's a little bad at least respect. But everything is fine.

Great apartment of Claudia and Jürg. Very neat and clean and equipped with all the comforts. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. We have made some beautiful snowshoe walks in the beautiful surroundings. In short: great! And in addition, Claudia and Jürg quickly respond to every question.

Kate’s place is lovely! Plenty of room for my family of four! Check-in and check-out were super easy. Parking on the premise. Kate responded quickly to my questions. The views from the apartment/condo are beautiful and the area is quiet. Close to a bus stop that will take you to Interlaken. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. I highly recommend Kate’s place and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Thierrys house. It was very clean and spot on for what we were looking for. The communication was very friendly and always super fast. It maybe worth mentioning that you can hear the freeway in the garden. But that’s not a big deal and the windows are perfectly insulated so in the house you can’t hear a thing. The view makes up for it a few times over. It’s breathtaking. The area is unbelievably beautiful. A walk through the vineyards is magical. We highly recommend Thierry’s place. You get a lot for the price. We were really happy.

Our stay at Sungalow was nothing short of perfect!! Super clear and easy instructions to get inside, such an incredibly warm welcome, and absolutely immaculate!! We felt right at home! It was wonderful to start each day with coffee in the deck and to fall asleep with the fresh air from the window with the most beautiful view at night! Our days were super busy, and coming back up the mountain to Sungalow was pure bliss! Kristy and Nicolas were so responsive and helpful it was unbelievable! We were thankful for full kitchen and washer and dryer! Way to go, Kristy and Nicolas! You two hit it out of the park!! Looking forward to recommending you to our friends!! Thank you!!

Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.

I’d like to say it was a home away from home, but rather it’s a place I would love to call home. Carina and Alex instantly made us feel like friends and family! The home was easy to access from town, and you get a free guest bus pass making everything very accessible. The space itself has everything you need including plenty of room to spread out, organize yourself, and make yourself comfortable. We cooked our meals in the spacious kitchen, enjoyed sitting on the patio and adoring their gardens and flowers, and rested our tired bodies in the comfortable bed to rest at night. We greatly enjoyed interacting with Carina and Alex during our stay and truly do hope to come back and explore more of Kandersteg and the surrounding mountains. We will work tirelessly to get our legs more prepared for the next trek! Thank you, Carina and Alex!

This house is definately a home away from home. It is beautiful and comfortable with all its details . You find eveything you need and enjoy the wonderful scenary of the mountain . Claudia is a very generous and gentle and welcoming person . She also made the kids happy with nice gestures . Will definately visit again!

A very nicely located apartment with good views of the countryside. If you are looking for absolute peace, you could feel disturbed by the playground with the children playing (no problem for us). Great as a base for exploring the region! Barbara explained everything very well in advance and also contacted me in between. Very pleasant!
