Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Our newly built cozy and relaxing guest cottage is located in New Haven . It has stunning views and gorgeous sunsets!! Located just seven miles from Middlebury ,Vergennes and Bristol . All of which have great shops and restaurants! Close to many local attractions including ,Woodchuck Cider house, Lincoln Peak Vineyard, Ski areas, Hiking , rivers, lakes, restaurants and much more! Our goal was to provide guests with a home away from home! We feel our cottage offers that and much more.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.
