Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Two Bedroom Cabin Sleeps 2-4 1 Queen bed 2 Twin beds Living room with seating and tv Kitchen with dining table 1 bath with shower The kitchen has pots, pans, tableware, silverware, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. Every cabin has bed linens, pillows, and extra pillows. The bathroom has body towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply seasonings or coffee. Coin laundry, The Lost Sock Laundromat is located at 808 Gunnison Ave.

Wake up to elk grazing in the meadow, explore during the day, and relax at night in this custom built cabin with unique features from the local area.

Dog friendly (please indicate if you are bringing a pet when making a reservation request). Front entrance access requires use of 3 metal stairs with rail.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

Backcountry Basecamp 1

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
