Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. Upstairs is a loft with a queen sized bed, some storage and beautiful views overlooking the farm and pond. On the main floor is a small kitchen and eating area with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, utensils, cups, plates and bowls. There is also a pull out couch on the main floor (queen size). Downstairs is a bathroom with a shower/bath. We love welcoming family and friends to our guest house and we hope you enjoy your stay!
“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. This was easily one of the best places we’ve found close to Algonquin on AirBnB. We found the accommodation super clean and the property uniquely located. We also enjoyed walking with our dogs around the property and also enjoyed canoeing in the pond. Both my wife and I felt super refreshed after the visit after we returned back home. Highly recommended!”
This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley hills. It is a 10 min hike to the escarpment lookout, and a 15 min hike to your supplied canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.
“Absolutely amazing space!! Zac met us in the parking lot and took our bags to the cabin for us. In the cabin we found books on wildlife and astronomy and a binder of info about the place and surrounding areas. Also 2.5L of water and a coffee maker with filters. The cabin was the perfect size for 2 people and a dog! The outhouse was the perfect distance away. Trails were immaculately groomed and marked. We can not wait to come back!!!”
The Egan Inn is located in the heart of Eganville, perched on the edge of the Bonnechere River. Offering four unique rooms above a Coffee Shop and Bakery, this Inn can't be beat!
“The owner runs this AirBNB and a coffee shop in town. Patrick's place is a wonderful place to stay. It is spotless. There were nice touches like the owner's brand of coffee and a delicious pastry ( we were there on Valentine's Day) in the room for us. Very comfortable beds and bedding and a great couples tub to enjoy if on a romantic get away. This room overlooks the river. We loved it and will be back”
